I chose Tuscaloosa Hyundai because Noel sent a second follow-up text and I expressed interest in a 2024 Kona. A deal was put together and sent to me so all I had to do was show up, sign my papers and pay. Brian had the vehicle ready and walked me through each step. The gentleman upstairs was extremely knowledgeable (it was his first day at work there) and made sure I had all my warranty info and documents to take with me. Great customer service. They did forget to reset my oil life but glad I know how to do it. They were also a tech down and ended up waiting 3 hours for the service. But that’s ok…they are worth the wait.
The overall experience went very well. Our sales rep Noel Goss was great. He was able to answer our questions and his familiarity with the cars was spot on. He spent additional time with my son to help set up Bluetooth items and explain all the safety features that aspect was great and truly showed he cared. We had a wonderful experience with the service department! I took my 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in after having an issue that wasn’t immediately easy to diagnose. Since they needed to keep my vehicle to figure out exactly what was going on, they provided us with one of their vehicles to drive so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced, which we truly appreciated.

We had our Palisades serviced and some recalls worked on. We arrived at 10 am and Ralph B. Checked us in. Ralph quickly checked his computer to determine what our vehicle needed done and also described all necessary work so we could make any necessary decisions to put off any work We were amazed at how fast they had us back on th road if we wanted to put something off to a later date. Outstanding service!
We had front brake pads replaced and an oil change. All of the work that was completed was good but we dropped the vehicle off at 9:15 ( Appointment was at 9:45) and the vehicle wasn’t ready until after 2:00. Work performed was great but not in a timely manner.

The service department had my vehicle for over a week and would not answer the phone or return my many messages. It is time for me to purchase a new vehicle, and I love the Hyundai Palisade, but I will not purchase it due to the terrible customer service I have received from the service department over the years. They do not have enough employees, and no one is managing the chaotic department.

Took over 3 hours for an oil change… After waiting 2 hours i asked them how much longer and they said no longer than 20 minutes. I then waited over another hour before getting my car back. They text you at the beginning saying that you can text them for updates at any time however I texted multiple times and never got a single response. Noel Goss helped us find exactly what I wanted, which was difficult. He spent months looking for it. Once it was found, he arranged to have it traded from another dealership to Tuscaloosa Hyundai. Noel and Mike stayed late on a Tuesday night to meet us so we could sign paperwork and take delivery on our new 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid.
