The service department had my vehicle for over a week and would not answer the phone or return my many messages. It is time for me to purchase a new vehicle, and I love the Hyundai Palisade, but I will not purchase it due to the terrible customer service I have received from the service department over the years. They do not have enough employees, and no one is managing the chaotic department.

Took over 3 hours for an oil change… After waiting 2 hours i asked them how much longer and they said no longer than 20 minutes. I then waited over another hour before getting my car back. They text you at the beginning saying that you can text them for updates at any time however I texted multiple times and never got a single response. They also try to get you to spend thousands more by claiming parts on your car need to be fixed. Meanwhile, my car was in perfectly good shape. Great Place to do Business. Great initial purchasing experience and an excellent service department. Note: I purchased a 2024 Santa Fe SEL Hybrid and the actual gas mileage for 2025 averaged 32.2 mpg. This is gallons used for miles driven. Not the electronic dash read out.

No issues on service. Prompt and efficient. Was asked if I wanted to buy the "Engine crankcase flush". I said no since it's not part of the OEM maintenance plan. There is a service bulletin put out by Hyundai that specifically states to NOT do his flush. It can cause damage to the engine. (Technical Service Bulletin 09-EM-001)

We just purchased a Hyundai Palisade, with Connie, at this dealership. We visited 4 dealerships looking for a specific interior/exterior color combo that no one had. Connie located the one we wanted and had it on site the next day. She called or texted to update during the whole process. No other dealership followed up like that. That communication meant a lot to us. Would definitely recommend shopping with them!

Very disappointing experience at this Hyundai dealership. After our 3-year-old Hyundai overheated, we had it towed here. Before even removing the radiator, Rusty told us it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. While still on the vehicle, they saw 3 tiny holes less than 1 mm in size each that caused the coolant to leak and the engine to overheat. We asked manager, Rusty, to consider that such a fragile radiator pointed to a manufacturing issue, but he flatly refused.
