Great customer service. They did forget to reset my oil life but glad I know how to do it. They were also a tech down and ended up waiting 3 hours for the service. But that’s ok…they are worth the wait.

The overall experience went very well. Our sales rep Noel Goss was great. He was able to answer our questions and his familiarity with the cars was spot on. He spent additional time with my son to help set up Bluetooth items and explain all the safety features that aspect was great and truly showed he cared. The only issue I would bring up was during the signing process it was a hassle as the individual handwringing it seemed to be in a rush and kept sliding through the document prior to me wanting to review the document. Identified discrepancies as what was listed and what was actual. The errors were corrected but it was frustrating as we had to restart the documents 4 times due to those corrections and what documents needed to be signed. That said it was still a positive experience and would use them for a car purchase.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with the service department! I took my 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in after having an issue that wasn’t immediately easy to diagnose. Since they needed to keep my vehicle to figure out exactly what was going on, they provided us with one of their vehicles to drive so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced, which we truly appreciated. I especially want to recognize the Service Manager, Rusty Pickle. He was absolutely awesome throughout the entire process! He made sure we were taken care of, kept everything moving, and made what could have been a frustrating experience so much easier. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and making sure things are handled the right way. The service team took the time to thoroughly check everything, located the problem, made the necessary repairs, and had my Palisade back to us as soon as everything was taken care of. From dropping it off to picking it back up, we felt like they genuinely cared about getting the issue resolved and making the process as easy as possible for us. It’s never fun having to leave your vehicle for repairs—especially a newer one—but the way we were treated made all the difference. We are very thankful for Rusty and the entire service team for the excellent service, professionalism, and care we received. We purchased our Palisade here, and experiences like this make us even happier that we did. Highly recommend! Again, thanks for everything! Craig Doby

Large waiting area w work stations or comfy chairs in front of TV. Snacks and drinks provided. Lots of service techs and brand new dealership.
