Great Place to do Business. Great initial purchasing experience and an excellent service department. Note: I purchased a 2024 Santa Fe SEL Hybrid and the actual gas mileage for 2025 averaged 32.2 mpg. This is gallons used for miles driven. Not the electronic dash read out.

Noel was a first class salesman. Not pushy, very thorough, very informative and knows his product. Not to mention he went out of his way to make sure he sweetened the deal for us. High recommend him. Was a very smooth and easy car deal.

Had an issue with a part ordered while under original warranty but didn't get notified , at next service schedule was told part was there ,so I asked to get it installed also but was told I would have to pay for it. All in all the service manager and service writer were verry courteous in getting the part installed and taken care of under the original warranty , they have always been easy to work with and was one again.

I want to express my appreciation to Tuscaloosa Hyundai and especially the sales person that worked with me, Richard Sharper, for making an unexpected stop in Tuscaloosa a less trying experience due to car trouble. I was recently traveling from Jackson, MS to Birmingham, AL when my 2016 Hyundai Tuscon began experiencing significant failure. I had to spend the night and went to the dealership first thing in the morning. The service personnel were very nice and my car was evaluated in a timely manner. Unfortunately the car was going to require a new engine and the cost of the repair would have been more than the value of the car. I met with the used car manager who gave me a fair trade value based on condition of the car. I then worked with Richard to look at options if I were to buy a car and he was patient as I considered all my options as buying a car was not on my radar. Once I decided to move forward with a car purchase, Richard and the staff of the dealership worked with to get through the issues of not having a check or title with me and we were able to complete the transaction. As I don't live in Tuscaloosa, I will not be using Tuscaloosa Hyundai for service, but I would recommend them as a good place to buy a car.

My experience for service was unacceptable because I had an appointment scheduled for 12:30 pm and I arrived on time for an oil change and tire rotation and I did not leave there until 3:09 pm after I waited on my car so sad.

No issues on service. Prompt and efficient. Was asked if I wanted to buy the "Engine crankcase flush". I said no since it's not part of the OEM maintenance plan. There is a service bulletin put out by Hyundai that specifically states to NOT do his flush. It can cause damage to the engine. (Technical Service Bulletin 09-EM-001)

We just purchased a Hyundai Palisade, with Connie, at this dealership. We visited 4 dealerships looking for a specific interior/exterior color combo that no one had. Connie located the one we wanted and had it on site the next day. She called or texted to update during the whole process. No other dealership followed up like that. That communication meant a lot to us. Would definitely recommend shopping with them!

I made an appointment, but it always seems to take a very long time for them to get you in and get the car worked on. It wasn't as bad as the past, but seems like a long time, 1.5 hours, to plug in and run diagnostics.
