Normally my rating is higher for service at Hyundai. This visit is rated a little lower due to an issue we discovered happened during the last servive appt. Apparently the oil cap was wedge in so tight that it couldn't be removed. This was discovered when my daughter took the car to be serviced elsewhere. She had to take it back to Hyundai to have the cap replaced and I had to call to explain that it was Hyundai that made this mistake and asked that she not be charged for the cap. Chris in service was very helpful in getting this rectified. With my daughter being away at college I just hate is happened in the first place.

Costumer service: Jessica, Kaylen, Courtney Get you in & out. Answer any of your concerns that you may have. I have had my car 7 months now! If you have to leave your vehicle they offer a driver to get you to and fro.

A special thank-you to Chris, who assisted me and provided outstanding service. He also performed a complimentary multi-point vehicle inspection to make sure my vehicle was checked and in good condition. To top it off, they even washed my car! 👍🏽 Thank you, Chris, and the entire team, for the excellent service and extra care. I truly appreciate it and would definitely recommend them.

Was in from out of town and in a bind. They went above and beyond great customer service!

Four hours to change oil and rotate tires seemed excessive especially when I had an appointment.

Noel Goss made the entire process of buying one of their used cars easy! He was direct and answered all my questions with ease. 10/10 I would recommend him! He even ordered me a new key since mine was damaged and fixed a minor issue with the control panel, all complimentary. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had the best buying experience.

50000 mile checkup was professional and complete. They also solved a Bluelink issue for me. Great job.

A deal was put together and sent to me so all I had to do was show up, sign my papers and pay. Brian had the vehicle ready and walked me through each step. The gentleman upstairs was extremely knowledgeable (it was his first day at work there) and made sure I had all my warranty info and documents to take with me. The waiting area is comfortable with snacks and beverages available. My whole experience lasted 2 hours from start to finish. I recommend Tuscaloosa Hyundai to anyone in need of a new or used car. My 17yr old absolutely loves her new Kona!!

Great customer service. They did forget to reset my oil life but glad I know how to do it. They were also a tech down and ended up waiting 3 hours for the service. But that’s ok…they are worth the wait.

The overall experience went very well. Our sales rep Noel Goss was great. He was able to answer our questions and his familiarity with the cars was spot on. He spent additional time with my son to help set up Bluetooth items and explain all the safety features that aspect was great and truly showed he cared. The only issue I would bring up was during the signing process it was a hassle as the individual handwringing it seemed to be in a rush and kept sliding through the document prior to me wanting to review the document. Identified discrepancies as what was listed and what was actual. The errors were corrected but it was frustrating as we had to restart the documents 4 times due to those corrections and what documents needed to be signed. That said it was still a positive experience and would use them for a car purchase.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with the service department! I took my 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in after having an issue that wasn’t immediately easy to diagnose. Since they needed to keep my vehicle to figure out exactly what was going on, they provided us with one of their vehicles to drive so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced, which we truly appreciated. I especially want to recognize the Service Manager, Rusty Pickle. He was absolutely awesome throughout the entire process! He made sure we were taken care of, kept everything moving, and made what could have been a frustrating experience so much easier. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and making sure things are handled the right way. The service team took the time to thoroughly check everything, located the problem, made the necessary repairs, and had my Palisade back to us as soon as everything was taken care of. From dropping it off to picking it back up, we felt like they genuinely cared about getting the issue resolved and making the process as easy as possible for us. It’s never fun having to leave your vehicle for repairs—especially a newer one—but the way we were treated made all the difference. We are very thankful for Rusty and the entire service team for the excellent service, professionalism, and care we received. We had our Palisades serviced and some recalls worked on. We arrived at 10 am and Ralph B. Checked us in. Ralph quickly checked his computer to determine what our vehicle needed done and also described all necessary work so we could make any necessary decisions to put off any work We were amazed at how fast they had us back on th road if we wanted to put something off to a later date. Outstanding service!

We had front brake pads replaced and an oil change. All of the work that was completed was good but we dropped the vehicle off at 9:15 ( Appointment was at 9:45) and the vehicle wasn’t ready until after 2:00. Work performed was great but not in a timely manner.
